This is a late 17th or early 18th century timber-framed house with a plastered front. It has a hipped tiled roof with a box dormer and a deep cornice with modillions. The house is two storeys high with attics. A modern casement window is on the first floor and a canted bay window with a pentice roof on the ground floor. The building is part of a group that includes numbers 48 to 88 (even), numbers 94 to 100 (even), and a barn in the garden of numbers 62 and 64.
