Description

A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century are situated on the west side of North Street in Great Dunmow. They are timber-framed structures, now plastered, and are roofed with gabled peg tiles. An off-centre stack rises through the front roof slope. The first floor has two double-hung sash windows with moulded surrounds and central vertical glazing bars. The ground floor mirrors this arrangement, featuring two similar windows and two front doors, each with moulded architraves and four panels.
