Description

This is a pair of semi-detached houses dating from the early 19th century, located on the west side of New Street in Great Dunmow. The houses are timber-framed and plastered, with a slate gabled roof. The front features a pair of doorcases centrally positioned, each with a flat hood, pilasters, and a diamond motif above the capitals, as well as a rectangular fanlight with four panes. Each unit has a double-hung sash window with small panes, and there is a similar window above the paired doorcases. Two ridge stacks are present.
