Description

No. 3 and 5 New Street is a pair of houses from the early 19th century. They are timber framed and plastered, featuring a gabled roof covered with peg tiles and standing two storeys tall. No. 3 has two double hung sash windows on the first floor, each with two vertical glazing bars, positioned above two entrance doors, a garage door, and a similar sash window. No. 5 has two matching double hung sash windows on each floor and a hooded doorcase that contains a four-panel door. The buildings are topped with one large and one small ridge line red brick chimney stack.
