Semi-detached pair of houses, C17/18 timber framed and plastered and of 2 storeys with gabled peg tile roof. No. 12 has, on first floor, a 2 light casement and a single light casement with small panes over a double hung sash with glazing bars and simple C20 door surround and hood. C20 extension at rear and skirt of white weatherboarding. No. 14 has one C20 2 light casement on each floor and C20 door surround with hood on brackets.
