Description

This is a terrace of houses located on New Street, built in the early 19th century. The houses are timber framed and plastered, standing two storeys high with a peg tile roof that is gabled at the north end and hipped at the south end. Each unit features a double hung sash window on both floors, which have moulded architraves and margin glazing bars. The entrance to each house is marked by a pilastered flat hooded doorcase. There are four tall red brick chimney stacks positioned along the front roof slope, aligned with each party wall.
