Description

This is a barn located at Martells Manor, dating from the mid-16th century. It features a timber frame that is partially plastered and partially covered with weatherboarding, topped with a half hipped roof made of corrugated asbestos. The barn has a gabled midstrey on the north side and is single aisled, with jowled posts, arch braced tie beams, and an arch braced side purlin roof.
