Timber framed and plastered with red plain tile roof. 2 storeys. 3 bays and chimney bay. 3 window range, vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars and side lights. Simple flat canopy on brackets to door. Scalloped eaves. Original red brick chimney stacks.
