Description

Broadgrove Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with a rear addition. It is a single-storey building that is timber framed and plastered, topped with a plain red tiled roof. The cottage features a three-window range with diamond leaded casements. There is a 20th-century enclosed porch with a red tiled gable, and an original red brick chimney stack with a fireplace located off-center. The roof has side purlins and a halved and bladed scarf joint at the top plate, with exposed rafters. To the right, there is an external red brick chimney stack.
