Description

No. 9 King's Quay Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It has a rendered brick front and a clay plain tile roof that connects with Nos. 7 and 8. The building is two storeys high with attics. At the back, there is a wide dormer window set behind a plain parapet, featuring a segmental lead roof and a small pane double-hung sash window. Each floor has two double-hung sash windows, all with small panes. The entrance has a plain 20th-century door surround with a raised-and-fielded panelled front door and a rectangular fanlight above. Inside, there is a plain spine beam in the front room.
