ST. OSYTH CLACTON ROAD TM 1215 (south side) 15/137 Priory Tea House and Bakers Shop corner of Spring Road, . GV II Shop and restaurant. C16 origin with later additions and alterations. Timber framed and plastered. Red plain tiled roofs. One-red brick chimney stack to each range. Of 2 main ranges, that with return to Spring Road gabled to Clacton Road with single storey extension. Hipped roof to Clacton Road to eastern (left) range with single storey right lean-to attached to right range extension, left 2 storey extension with slanting roof. 2 storeys and attics. Spring Road face with 3 C20 2 light casements to first floor, ground floor C20 left bay and right shop window, door adjacent to bay. Clacton Road face, C20 attic and first floor windows to right range. Angled bay oriel with small paned vertically sliding sash windows to first floor of left range below which is a C20 shop door, right and left shop windows. Right extension with 2 C20 windows and central door.
