The building features a timber frame with plastered exterior and a long red plain tiled roof. It has four hipped dormers situated off-center at the rear and external right red brick chimney stacks, one of which has stepped offsets and two diagonal shafts. The house is one storey with attics and includes a five-window range of leaded two-light casements. The entrance door is located opposite the rear chimney stacks and has a simple surround with a flat canopy supported by brackets. At the rear, there is a lean-to and a gabled roof on a part plastered, part weatherboarded stair turret. The date "1634" is inscribed in the plaster.
