Cottage. C18. Timber framed, mainly weatherboarded with some rough rendering below eaves. Brick plinth. Thatched roof. No chimney stack visible from road. One storey and attics, with single storey lean-to extension to left. 1:2 window range of 2 light small paned casements, pentice boards over. Central C20 door approached by steps. Red tiled gabled porch on brackets. Believed to be the former Mill Cottage.
