Description
This barn, located approximately 15 metres west of Easthall Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, featuring a roof clad in corrugated asbestos. The barn has two midstreys, with a half hipped roof on the left side and a hipped roof on the right. It consists of nine bays and is built using queen strut roof construction with braced purlins, and it has hanging knees supporting the tie beams. The walls include through bracing, and two of the bays have a loft or granary floor. This barn is part of the enclosed farmyard, which forms the northern range of the property.
