Description

Renter’s Cottage is a 17th and 18th century timber-framed cottage with parget plastering. It has a red plain tiled gambrel roof with three gabled dormers and a central red brick chimney stack. The cottage is one storey high with attics. It features three small casement windows with multiple panes. A 20th-century glazed porch with a flat canopy sits at the front, alongside a vertically boarded door with muntins. The walls exhibit through bracing. Inside, there are stop-chamfered bridging joists.
