Cottage. C17/C18. C20 single storey extension to left. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Red plain tiled gambrel roof. 2 red brick chimney stacks that to left with square attached shafts. One storey and attics. 2 gabled dormers, 2 double 2 light small paned casements to ground floor. C20 half glazed door to right with side light. Right lean-to extenison. Through bracing to walls, some original vertically boarded doors with ironmongery. Originally Leakins Farm a villien's 30 acre holding from medieval period.
