Description

The Woodings is a cottage from the early 17th century that has been extended in the 20th century. It is timber framed and plastered, with a roof made of red clay tiles. The building consists of two bays aligned approximately northeast to southwest, with single-storey 20th-century extensions. It is a single-storey structure with attics. The door and all windows are from the 20th century. Inside, some of the timber framing is exposed. The interior features arched braces that rise from corner posts to tiebeams, which are not trenched, and stop-chamfered beams. The roof has clasped purlins.
