Description

Manor Cottage is a house dating from the early 16th century or earlier. It is timber framed and covered in black weatherboarding, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and features a jettied section to the south. There are two windows on the front, which are 19th-century casements with 20th-century shutters on the first floor. The entrance has a boarded door with a simple canopy supported by brackets. To the north, there is a lean-to extension. The original central chimney stack is made of red brick.
