TL 51 SW LITTLE LAVER WATERY LANE, 1/4 Barn at Waterman's Cottage 12.1.83 GV II

Barn. Mid-C17, timber framed and weatherboarded with thatched roof. C20 stable doors in south wall. Late C18 midstrey on north side. Late C18 lean-to extension at north-west, now with asbestos roof and C20 garage door. Internally arch braced tiebeams, and side purlin roof with intermittent collars. Halved and bladed top plate scarfs.
