DEDHAM MEENINGTREE ROAD 1. 5214 Pound Farmhouse TM 03 SE 5/1 II 2. Early C19 house. Grey Gault brick front of 2 storeys and 3 bays. Roof ridged, gabled and slated with one chimney stack on right, returns of house pilastered. Central door on ground-storey with 6 fielded panels in a Doric portico with 2 round columns and a flat entablature. A pair of small-paned hornless sashes either side and a matching range of 3 sashes on first storey. Parallel red brick range along the rear with pegtiled roof.
