Description

Muniment House is an 18th-century house located on the east side of Brook Street in Dedham. It is constructed of painted brick and features a gambrel roof covered with peg tiles. The building has two storeys with attics, along with a single-storey addition to the south that also has attics, topped with a combination of pantiles and peg tiles. Some original sash windows are still present. Notably, there are four wall anchors with screw bolts positioned at the same level on the first floor.
