Description

Holly Tree House is a 16th-century house located on Crown Street in Dedham. It features a long range of two storeys with an underbuilt front wall jetty. The ground storey is constructed of painted brick, while the first storey is plastered over a timber frame. The roof is ridged, gabled, and covered with peg tiles, with a chimney positioned near the center of the building's length. The eaves on the first storey have three sets of casement windows, two of which are leaded and each have two mullions, along with a small stairs light in the second position. The ground storey has three casement windows, two leaded, and a plain door in the second position.
