Description

Duchy House is a 19th-century house located on the south side of Dedham High Street. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys with a hipped roof covered in slate. The building features a dentilled eaves course made of brick. The front of the house includes angle pilasters and a band at the first floor level, along with a three-window range of paned sash windows set under arches, facing the street.
