Description

Newbridge Mill House is a 16th-century, T-plan, timber-framed house located in West Bergholt. The rear of the house is plastered, while the front features later red brickwork. The main section has a lean-to at the front and a red brick chimney positioned near the return. The wing has a lean-to that faces the main section and includes a flanking red brick chimney. The eastern wing displays vergeboards and a finial. At the rear (west), there may be a stair tower. The windows are of various dates and styles, with an irregular arrangement.
