Description
Rocklands is a house dating from circa 1830-40. It is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern. The house is three bays wide and two storeys high. The roof is hipped and covered in slate, with two red brick end chimneys. The central front door is on the ground storey and features four panels within a wide casing, scroll consoles, and a leaded flat hood. The front façade has a three-window arrangement of Regency-style sash windows with margin glazing, set within brick arches. There are two matching windows on the ground floor.
