Description

Brook Farmhouse is a 16th-century T-plan house that stands two storeys tall. It is framed in timber and has plaster cladding, topped with ridged and gabled roofs covered in peg tiles. There is one red brick chimney stack on the main part of the house and another set into the wing gable. The rear wall of the main range features an oak door head with a 4-centred arch. The south front of the main range has a central front door on the ground floor, which is sheltered by a flat hood supported by scrolled brackets, with modern casement windows on either side. The first storey has matching windows, including a central window above the door hood.
