Description
Cooks Mill House is a 18th-century building constructed of red brick in Flemish bond. It stands two storeys high and features three bays on the east front, with a central door on the ground floor. The door has six fielded panels beneath a semi-circular fanlight and an open pediment, framed by a wide doorcase with fielded returns. To either side of the door are three-part sash windows, with matching sashes above and a narrow sash window centrally located on the first storey. The eaves are adorned with a dentil cornice, and the roof is hipped and covered with peg tiles. The house has three similar ranges aligned east-west, with red brick chimneys positioned on the left and right. The entrance is marked by stone gatepiers topped with pineapples and a wrought iron gate.
