This is a circa 1840 house located on London Road. It is constructed of gault brick and has three bays and two storeys. The roof is hipped and slated, with two chimneys on the rear slope. The building features pilastered returns and a row of three small-paned sash windows on the first storey above a central front door. The front door has fielded panels set within a heavy stucco case, topped by a moulded entablature. Matching sash windows flank the door, all set within well-splayed, straight arches.
