Description

This is a circa 1840 house constructed of gault brick. It is two storeys high and has three windows. The ground floor windows are tripartite sashes, while the upper floor windows are sashes with glazing bars. A panelled front door has a rectangular window above it, flanked by plain Doric pilasters and sheltered by a hood supported by console brackets. The roof is slate, and the ends of the roof are marked by brick stacks.
