Description

Nos 115 and 117 Coggeshall Road is a house dating from the 16th century or earlier, designed in a T-plan. It has two storeys and features a ridged, fly-hipped, gabled roof covered with peg tiles. The building is timber-framed and has plastered panels, with one red brick chimney stack on the wing and two behind the ridge of the main range, which includes two gabled dormers. The wing elevation has two horned sash windows, each with one over one panes, and a modern gabled porch. The central door and porch on the main range are matched, with horned sash windows on either side.
