Description

The barn north of the road at Godbolts Farm is an 18th-century structure featuring a timber frame and black weatherboards. It consists of five bays and has a thatched roof with ridges and gables, along with peg-tiled valleys to the midstrey. Great doors are still present at the rear. The walls are constructed without side-girts ties on hanging-knees and include primary bracing, lapped collars, and side-purlins.
