Description

The Villa is a house built around 1840, constructed of gault brick that is now painted. It features corner pilasters with simple capitals and a low-pitched hipped roof covered with slate, along with rear chimneys made of gault brick. The building has two storeys and three windows, which contain original small-pane sash windows. These windows have stuccoed cambered heads that are rusticated to imitate quoining, and they also feature a vermiculated keystone. The entrance door is a six-panel design, with the upper four panels being glazed. The door has panelled reveals and a moulded cornice supported by pilasters. The Villa is included in the listing for its group value.
