The timber-framed barn at Kinkhams Farm dates from around 1700. It has a black weatherboard exterior and is built on a cruciform plan. The barn features a ridged gabled roof covered with corrugated asbestos. On the east gable, there are a pair of small pane domestic sash windows. The north midstrey has a flat roof and large doors, while the south midstrey is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with a ridged gabled roof and large doors. The gable is also weatherboarded, and there is a seed-bin on the left side.
