Description

The cart lodge to the east of Pond Farmhouse is an early 19th-century structure. It features a red brick ground floor with framed and weatherboarded walls above. The roof is shall pitched, clad in slate, with a ridged and gabled design. The building consists of three bays that are open to the road, with binders on the knees and end-bay side-girts. There is a former external stair leading to the first floor.
