WEST BERGHOLT COLCHESTER ROAD 1. 5214 Cart lodge to east, of Pond Farmhouse TL 92 NE 8/26 II 2. Early C19 cart lodge with granary over. Red brick ground storey with framed and weatherboarded walls above. Shall pitched slate clad roof, ridged and gabled. Three bays, open to road, binders on knees, as are the end-bay side-girts. Former external stair to first floor.
