Description
Rookery Farm, also known as the Blackheath Bulb Company, is a 17th-century house designed in a T-plan layout. The building features a timber-framed and plastered main section, with a red brick wing constructed in Flemish bond. The roofs are ridged and gabled, covered with peg tiles, and there are two red brick chimneys. The east facade displays sham timbers, and there are hornless sash windows with glazing bars, including three on the first storey. A lean-to is present on the east side, which also has two hornless sash windows and a modern porch in front of what is likely a brick stair tower.
