Description

The building at 12 and 13 Trinity Street dates back to the 16th century, though it has undergone significant alterations since. A fleur-de-lis inscribed on the front of number 13 indicates a date of circa 1500. It is a two-storey timber-framed building with plastered walls and tiled roofs. The upper storey juts out over the front of both numbers 12 and 13. The windows are double-hung sash windows with glazing bars; there is a single flat, bow window on the ground floor. Number 11 has a modern brick facade. Nos. 2 to 14 Trinity Street form a notable group.
