Description

The Headgate Hotel is a 17th-century building with a later front that features three storeys and is constructed of painted brick. It has a parapet and a two-window range of double-hung sashes, each with three lights and glazing bars. The ground floor contains public house rooms, and the roofs are tiled. At the rear, there is a long wing that extends south, with the upper storey projecting on the west supported by carved brackets.
