Description

Nos. 8 and 10 Hart Road are a pair of cottages dating from the 18th or 19th century. They are constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped with a hipped grey slate roof. A central red brick chimney stack serves the building. The cottages are two storeys high and feature a two-window arrangement with small-paned vertically sliding sash windows, which have pentice boards above them. The left side has vertically boarded doors, while the right side has a four-panel, two-light door with simple surrounds.
