Description

Nos. 2 and 4 Stores Hill are a pair of cottages dating from the 18th century. They are one-and-a-half storeys high with attics and are constructed from timber framing that is rendered. The cottages have a thatched roof featuring 19th-century eyebrow casement dormers and an axial chimney made of red brick. The windows are small-pane casements from the 19th century, and there is a boarded entrance door. The left-hand end of the building was altered in the 19th century, with its gable wall made of flint rubble and red brick.
