Cottage. Early C18, altered in C19. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. 3 bays aligned NW-SE with central stack. Single-storey lean-to extension to SE, roofed with red clay corrugated tiles and single-storey extension at S corner, C19. 2 storeys. NE elevation, 3 C20 casements on ground floor, one on first floor. SE gable end, one C20 casement on each floor. SW elevation, half-glazed door and one C20 casement on first floor. Chamfered axial beams, with lamb's tongue stops in NW bay only, and plain joists of vertical section. Included for group value.
