Description
This building is a cottage located at 95 Nunnery Street, dating from the 17th or 18th century, with later alterations. It has a timber frame and is faced with 18th-century red brick featuring black diapering, except for the gable ends, which are plastered. The roof is covered with red plain tiles and has two grey slate catslide dormers. There are external red brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides. The cottage is one storey high with attics and features a two-window range of small paned horizontal sliding sashes. To the left, there is a single-storey part that is plastered, which includes a two-light casement window. The central entrance consists of a boarded door with two lights in a plain surround.
