Description

This building is possibly a cottage located north of the Rising Sun Inn. It dates from the 17th century or earlier, with some later alterations. The structure is timber framed and plastered, featuring a roof with grey slate and red plain tiles across two levels. There is a catslide dormer on the right side and a red brick chimney stack on the left. The cottage has one storey and an attic on the right and two storeys on the left. The front has a two-window range with 19th and 20th century casements, a central 20th century part-glazed gabled porch, and a glazed 20th century door.
