Description
This building is a block of cottages located approximately 35 metres northeast of Spains Hall, dating from the 17th century. It is timber framed, primarily plastered, and partially clad with red brick in English bond. The roof is covered with handmade red clay tiles. The structure has six bays facing southwest and features two axial stacks. It is one storey high with attics. The ground floor includes four 20th-century casement windows and one slatted window. The first floor has four 19th and 20th-century casement windows, along with one 19th-century sash window with eight lights, all situated in gabled dormers. The roof is hipped, and the left end bay is clad with red brick on the front, side, and rear, indicating it may have previously been used as a granary.
