Description
The Cottage is a cottage that likely dates back to the 17th century. It has a timber frame that is now rendered and features a thatched roof. The building has a baffle-entry plan, with a stack positioned behind the door and one windowed bay on each side. It stands one and a half storeys tall and includes an eyebrow dormer. There is a service range on one side of the cottage. The windows are casement style, and there is a timber door. The rear elevation and interior have not been inspected. This cottage is noted for its picturesque qualities as an example of 17th-century architecture.
