TWINSTEAD, THE GREEN, The Cottage

Cottage. Probably of seventeenth-century origins. Timber framed, now rendered, thatched roof. Baffle-entry plan, with stack set behind door, flanked by one windowed bay to either side. One and a half storeys, with eyebrow dormer. Service range to one side. Casement windows and timber door. Rear elevation and interior not inspected.

Included as a picturesque example of a seventeenth-century cottage.
