Description
Hurdle-Maker's Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th century and later. It features a rendered timber frame with a thatched roof and stands one and a half storeys tall. The exterior includes three 20th-century casement windows and a boarded central front door. There are single dormer windows at the front and rear, and a largely rebuilt off-centre axial stack. Inside, the timber frame is visible, showcasing a spinal bridging joist and stop-chamfered common joists in the main ground floor room. There are also 20th-century lean-tos added to the sides and rear.
