Description

Spring Farm Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a rough rendered exterior, topped with a thatched roof. The cottage features a central chimney stack and is one storey high with attics. There are two small paned windows and a vertically boarded door on the right. The large chimney stack has been blocked and now includes 20th-century fire surrounds. Inside, there are stop-chamfered bridging joists, exposed ceiling beams, and a top plate with a halved and bladed scarf joint.
