Farmhouse. Early/mid C16, C17 and c.1840. Timber framed and plastered and 2 storeys with peg tile roofs. of 2 parallel ranges and with a lower service wing extending to the rear from the northwest corner. The front range has a gabled peg tile roof with gable end stacks and a small off-centre ridgeline stack. The south front has on the first floor, 2 double hung sash windows with a single vertical glazing bars and moulded surrounds. Between these is an oval window with leaded lights. The ground floor has 2 square bay windows each of paired similar double hung sash windows, linked by a lean-to verandah roof of peg tiles with hipped ends. In the centre is a door with moulded architraves and small panes. The rear C17 range has a hipped roof with gablet at the west and is gabled to the east. The rear wing is gabled and runs into hip roof of the main C17 block. This has an off-centre ridgeline stack and 2 storey square bay window with leaded lights. Rear parallel block and service wing of good timber framing with some storey posts having jowls on each storey with moulded and chamfered decoration. Roof is crown posts with very thin bracing.
