Public House. Early C19. Timber framed with ashlared plaster with slate hipped roofs with deep eaves overhang. Of 2 storeys and 'L' plan form. The projecting wing has, on its roadside elevation, a double hung sash window with Small panes and external shutters over a canted, flat roofed bay window of double hung sash windows. The recessed block has two 2 light casements with small panes and shutters over two 3 light similar casements and an early C19 doorcase with cornice. There is a similar doorcase in the north east facing flank. Simple stack behind the ridge line. Included for group value.
