Cook's Farmhouse is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is timber framed and plastered, with a roof made of interlocking concrete pantiles. The building has four bays facing south, featuring an internal stack at the left end and an axial stack located one bay from the right end. There is a single-storey lean-to extension at the rear. The house has one storey with attics, and it includes four 20th-century casement windows, along with two additional casements in swept dormers. The entrance features a boarded door with a small pane, set in a tiled gabled porch. Inside, the farmhouse has chamfered axial beams and plain joists that have a horizontal section.
