Description

This barn, located on the opposite side of the road from Upper Farmhouse and approximately 30 meters southwest of it, dates back to the early 16th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, featuring a roof clad in corrugated iron. The barn consists of four bays and has an off-centre midstrey. Inside, there are arched braces supporting the tie beams, and it has a two-arm crown post roof construction. At the time of the survey, the barn was in use for grain storage, limiting visibility of its interior.
